Meet Dr. Erica Park

Dr. Erica Park is a board-certified medical doctor and population health leader who is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of plant-based nutrition. She is the daughter of Caribbean immigrants who grew up gardening, spending summers in the islands, and eating home-cooked, unprocessed whole foods. She was blessed to learn from her elders and witness many living vibrantly into their 90s and beyond.

Drawing on both heritage and science, Dr. Park weaves together the latest evidence-based research with the wisdom of traditional foodways. She shares how plant-based foods from the Caribbean, Africa, and the broader African diaspora—foods that sustained communities for generations—can benefit all of us today. Her goal is to create a space where people from every background can discover how these foods support vibrant health, longevity, and deeper connection to culture and community.
